We report the first discovery of naturally occurring ESR1Y537C and ESR1Y537S mutations in MCF7 and SUM44 ESR1-positive cell-lines after acquisition of resistance to long-term-estrogen-deprivation (LTED) and subsequent resistance to fulvestrant (ICIR).

What this means
claude:haiku

Bulk RNA-seq (human). Grade A: excellent measured QC (Q30=95.9%, base quality=34.8, duplication=31.2%, adapter=0%, N-content=0.011%), long reads (75.5 bp), and low technical noise. All metrics are pristine with well-controlled duplication. This is a high-confidence dataset with robust properties across all dimensions, highly recommended for sensitive expression and isoform studies.

The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
