To understand the molecular mechanisms of drought tolerance, we performed ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq analyses to identify direct target genes of the OsNACs using the RCc3:MYC-OsNACs roots. A total of 475 binding loci of 4 OsNACs were identified by cross-referencing the binding occupancy of OsNACs at promoter regions and expression levels of corresponding genes. The binding loci are distributed on promoter regions of 391 target genes that were directly up-regulated by OsNACs in four RCc3:MYC-OsNAC tran...

What this means
claude:haiku

Bulk RNA-seq (rice). Grade A: perfect measured QC (Q30=97.8%, base quality=38.7, duplication=12.67%, minimal adapter=0.77%), long reads (101 bp), and low N-content. This is an exemplary dataset with minimal technical noise. Highly recommended for reuse in plant transcriptomics and expression studies.

Weighted mean of 4 scored metric(s) → 100/100

The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
