We have demonstrated that Meteor KO cells are associated with a global transcriptional reprogramming associated to a block of Mesendoderm specification. Meteor KO cells loses their developmental competence for Mesendoderm specification in pluripotency and are redirected to a neuroectoderm fate.

What this means
claude:haiku

Mouse bulk RNA-seq (HiSeq 2500). Grade-B data (89/100) constrained by Q30=85.9% (scored 80/100) and adapter content 1.22% (incomplete removal), both measured. Base quality at this threshold still supports quantification but may compromise isoform-level resolution; acceptable for bulk differential analysis but not for sensitive applications.

How this grade was computed
Weighted mean of 4 scored metric(s) → 89/100

The B grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
