We investigate RNA sequencing analysis revealed that the JIB-04 treatment altered the expression of genes that are involved in the cell cycle, apoptosis, and DNA replication and are also related to several cancers including colorectal cancer. JIB-04 also altered the expression of genes involved in various signaling pathways such as the MAPK signaling pathway, the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, and the Wnt signaling pathway, which is crucial for the proliferation and maintenance of colorectal cancer...

Standardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured

What this means
claude:haiku

Bulk RNA-seq (human). Grade A: perfect measured QC across all metrics (Q30=95.4%, base quality=39.1, duplication=25.77%, adapter=0.65%), long reads (101 bp), and large total bases (20.5B). This is a benchmark-quality dataset with minimal PCR and sequencing artifacts. Excellent for any downstream application including sensitive transcript-level analyses.

How this grade was computed
Weighted mean of 4 scored metric(s) → 100/100

The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
