Transcriptional changes in lymphoma cells induced by LSD1 depletion
Using RNA-seq we identified the gene expression changes in lymhpoma cells (OCI-Ly1) expressing LSD1 targeted shRNA and control shRNA

Deep data QC
99/100 · AStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
Bulk RNA-seq (human). Grade A: excellent all-around quality (Q30=89.6%, base quality=35.6, duplication=12.16%, adapter=0.03%) with minimal technical noise. The slightly lower Q30 (89.6%) compared to premium datasets is the sole limiting factor; all other metrics are pristine. Highly suitable for sensitive downstream analyses including isoform detection and splice-junction inference.
The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
