MicroRNAs expression profile in human hepatocellular carcinoma
Liver cancer tissue could be indentified from corresponding non-cancerous tissues and normal liver tissue with a microRNA expression profile including 69 microRNAs.Besides, one single microRNA could be used to predict the outcome of liver cancer patients.
Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 22 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.
