Single cell RNA-Seq of E18.5 developing mouse kidney and human kidney organoids
These files represent single cell RNA-Seq data generated on a 10x Chromium genomics platform from three biological replicates from the embryonic day (E)18.5 developing mouse kidney and three biological replicates of iPSC-derived human kidney organoids differentiated according to our published protocol (Takasato et al., Nature Protocols 2016). When aggregated, the mouse data represents >6000 cells that passed our QC, containing most major cell types known to exist in the developing mouse kidney....

Deep data QC
metadata only · no data-level QC for this typeStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained
No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
