ZIP-3 has been shown to repress the mitochondrial-UPR genes and immune response during P. aeruginosa infection. To identify genes repressed by ZIP-3, we compared transcript profiles from wildtype and zip-3(gk3164) worms raised on P. aeruginosa or E. coli.

Deep data QC

metadata only · no data-level QC for this type

Standardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained

No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
