Mapping multi-layered regulation in response to environmental stress
We have mapped transcript and protein concentrations in cervical cancer cells responding to treatment with tunicamycin over an eight hour time course. We complement this dataset with RNA footprints of ribosomes and non-ribosomal proteins to determine changes in translation and trans-factor binding. The goals of this study are to unveil the time dependent complexity of the signaling pathways at the level of transcription and translation during different stress conditions like stress of the endop...

Deep data QC
100/100 · AStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
measured = computed from the data · extrapolated/reported = derived or from the repository · dq-1.0
