We discovered arle-14/B0336.5 as a critical gene for H3K9 di-methylation. To test the hypothesis that ARLE-14 targets the H3K9 methyltransferase MET-2 to specific loci, we compared the distribution of H3K9me2 in wild-type and arle-14 mutants by ChIP-Seq. Our results reveal that H3K9me2 genomic distribution is similar in wild-type vs. mutants and ARLE-14 is not required for targeting MET-2.

metadata only · no data-level QC for this type

Standardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained

No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
