Subcutaneous preadipocyte differentiation play a critical role in fat deposition of pigs. However, the action of different RNAs in subcutaneous preadipocyte differentiation, such as messenger RNAs (mRNAs), long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), and circular RNAs (circRNAs), are still largely unclear.
