Genome-wide maps of ParBVc1 binding on V .cholerae genome
We report the genome-wide analysis from chromatin immunoprecipitated DNA (ChIP-sequencing) at very high resolution of the DNA binding pattern of ParBVc1 on the chromosome of Vibrio cholerae.
Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.
