Gene expression analysis of wild type and Lats1/2-mutated uveal melanoma
Lats1/2 kinases are the core Hippo pathway kinases. In this study, we use RNAseq to analyze the gene expression profiles of adult mouse uveal tract cells and mouse uveal melanoma generated by Lats1/2 deletion induced by AAV-based Cre injection into mouse uveal tract.
Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.
Deep data QC
84/100 · BStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
Bulk RNA-seq of Mus musculus with unavailable platform information (HTTP fetch error), but good base quality (92.2% Q30, 75 bp read length, 0.01% N content). This dataset enables mouse gene expression studies, though the unknown sequencing platform limits optimization of quality control approaches. GEO contact recommended for obtaining complete experimental specifications.
The B grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
