Gene expression profiling shows that a jaz decuple mutation (jazD) promotes expression of defense-related genes while inhibiting expression of growth-related genes
The decuple jaz mutation (jazD) affects plant growth and defense. We used RNA-sequencing to query the transcriptomes of a jaz quintuple mutant (jazQ) and jazD, and examined how these mutations alter the expression of growth- and defense-associated genes in comparison to wild-type Col-0 plants. The data highlight how jasmonate pathways contribute to growth and defense.
Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
