Transcriptional profiles of [ESI+]
We profile the transcriptional landscapes associated with acquisition of [ESI+], a prion scaffolded by Snt1, a core component of the Set3C histone deacetylase. We find that acquisition of [ESI+] leads to expression of otherwise silent, heterochromatic loci, proposing a new molecular means by which silent transcriptional states might be reversed.
Provenance — who produced it, who reused it

Deep data QC
metadata only · no data-level QC for this typeStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained
No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
