Serial blood draws from a single patient and serial tumor biopsies from the same patient with metastatic Merkel cell polyomavirus Merkel cell carcinoma, who was treated with cellular immunotherapy targeting MCPyV (autologous endogenous T cell therapy) followed by checkpoint inhibitors (anti-PD1 and anti-CTLA4). The patient had a 22 month clinical response followed by late/acquired resistance. We performed scRNAseq using the 10x genomics 3' Chromium expression assay to determine potential mech...

What this means
claude:haiku

Human RNA-seq with 98 bp reads at 90.2% Q20 and 83.9% Q30 coupled with elevated 2.4% N-content shows signs of degradation or quality control failure. The moderate mean quality (34.7) and 48% GC provide baseline transcript mapping capability, but the high N-contamination and mediocre Q30 rate warrant aggressive quality trimming and conservative downstream filtering before biological interpretation.

The B grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
