RNA-Seq of CD34+ Bone Marrow Progenitors from Healthy Donors
To evaluate the transcriptome and splicing repertoire of bulk CD34+ sorted bone marrow progenitors we performed RNA-Seq. These data highlight an AML prognostic splicing signature that is present in healthy donors at equivalent frequencies to that found in AML bone marrow.
Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.
