Malignant rhabdoid tumors (MRT) are highly aggressive pediatric cancers that respond poorly to current therapies. We screened several MRT cell lines each with large-scale RNAi, CRISPR-Cas9, and small-molecule libraries to identify potential drug targets specific for these cancers. We discovered MDM2 and MDM4, the canonical negative regulators of p53, as significant vulnerabilities. Using two compounds currently in clinical development, idasanutlin and ATSP-7041, we show that MRT cells are more...

What this means
claude:haiku

Bulk RNA-seq of Homo sapiens via NextSeq 500 with good quality (95.7% Q30, 0.003% N content) and confirmed GEO UID. This dataset supports human gene expression studies with mid-throughput platform efficiency. The consistent quality metrics and platform standardization enable reliable normalization and cross-dataset comparisons.

How this grade was computed
Weighted mean of 4 scored metric(s) → 100/100

The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
