Global RNA expression profiles between shNC and shcircβ-catenin in PLC/PRF/5 cells
Circular RNAs are a class of non-coding RNA transcripts, which are ubiquitously expressed in eukaryotes. In the current study, we identified a novel circRNA derived from β-catenin gene locus, which was named “circβ-catenin”. In order to characterize the function of circβ-catenin in modulating Wnt pathway, we conducted RNA-seq to evaluate the effect of circβ-catenin on global RNA expression profiles.
