Estrogen and estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) signaling plays an essential role in ERα-positive breast cancer. ERα mainly occupies on distal enhancers within genome and requires the cooperation of additional co-factors to tune the enhancer activity. Through in vivo proximity-dependent labeling technique BioID, we identified YAP1 and TEAD4 protein as novel co-regulators of ERα. YAP and TEAD are nuclear effectors of the Hippo pathway regulating cell proliferation, organ size and tumorigenesis. Their...

Bulk RNA-seq of Homo sapiens via HiSeq 3000 with excellent quality (96.3% Q30, 0.014% N content) and confirmed GEO UID. This dataset enables robust human gene expression profiling with the intermediate-throughput HiSeq 3000 platform. The consistent high quality supports reliable transcript quantification and sensitive detection of lowly-expressed genes.

How this grade was computed
Weighted mean of 4 scored metric(s) → 100/100

The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
