WRN knockout effects upon gene expression in SW48 and OVK18
To determine gene expression changes upon CRISPR/Cas9-mediated WRN knockout in SW48 and OVK18. 72 hours after transduction of sgRNA into Cas9 expressing cells, RNA was harvested and submitted for sequencing.
Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.
Deep data QC
95/100 · AStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This bulk RNA-seq dataset from human tissue was generated on a NextSeq 500 instrument, providing short-read coverage across 403 million reads totaling ~30 billion bases. Quality metrics are strong overall (90.6% Q30 bases, 93.2% Q20), supporting reliable differential expression analysis and isoform quantification. The dataset is well-suited for reuse in comparative transcriptomics and gene expression studies requiring confident base calling.
The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
