Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is a common form of head and neck cancer with poor prognosis. However, the mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of LSCC remains unclear. We performed high throughout transcriptome sequencing to identify lncRNA and mRNA that associated with LSCC progression.Transcriptome sequencing were performed on a cohort of LSCC tissues (57 samples) and paired adjacent normal mucosa tissues (57 samples).

Deep data QC

metadata only · no data-level QC for this type

Standardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained

No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
