Transcriptomic profile of human embryonic renal corpuscles
In order to characterize and benchmark the podocytes-like cells generated through human ES cell differentiation, we generated transcriptional profiles of renal corpuscles from embryonic human kidneys using RNA-Seq. To compare, we also performed RNA-Seq of human immortalized podocyte cell lines before and after thermoswitch.

Deep data QC
92/100 · AStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
