Here, we use single-cell RNA-seq to define a cellular taxonomy of the mouse bone marrow stroma and its perturbation by malignancy. We identified stromal subsets expressing distinct hematopoietic regulatory genes, spanning new fibroblastic, and osteoblastic subpopulations.
