The goal of this study was to characterize the transcriptional changes that take place in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells as they transit the neonatal period of development. These changes were observed at the single cell level and they are correlated with epigenome remodeling, as evidenced by the ATAC-seq and Chipmentation data (H3K4me1 and H3K27ac) in this data set.

Provenance — who produced it, who reused it

Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

How this grade was computed

The insufficient grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published ATAC-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
