Analysis of mRNA expression changes caused by mdt-15(tm2182) mutation at 15oC and 25 oC
To determine the role of MDT-15 in mRNA expression changes at different temperatures, we sequenced mRNAs obtained from day 1 adult Caenorhabditis elegans. Bristol N2 (wild-type) and mdt-15(tm2182) mutant animals that cultured at 25oC or 15oC were used.

Bulk RNA-seq of Caenorhabditis elegans with unavailable sequencing platform (HTTP error), but exceptional quality metrics (95.4% Q30, 101 bp read length, 0.003% N content). This dataset supports nematode transcriptomics in a model developmental organism. The long reads and high quality enable resolution of C. elegans developmental isoforms.
