Chromatin architecture is temporarily disrupted during mitosis. Yet, how chromatin architecture is reconfigured during M-G1 phase transition is unknown. To examine this, we performed Hi-C experiments on cell populations at defined cell cycle stages between mitosis and G1 phase.
