To explore the molecular basis of the distinct intrinsic membrane properties and other dstinguishing features of functionally defined DRG neuron subtypes, we bulk-sequenced RNA at high depth of genetically-labeled DRG neurons to generate transcriptome profiles of eight major DRG neuron subtypes.
