A multi-omics approach was used to understand how temperature affects the molecular mechanisms of pathogenicity of Lasiodiplodia theobromae at different temperatures. The transcriptome (Illumina TruSeq) of LA-SOL3 strain grown at 25 °C and 37 °C was analysed.
