Generating in vivo somatic mouse mosaics with locus-specific, stably-integrated transgenic elements for studies of gene function in development and tumorigenesis [scATAC-seq]
We report the development and efficiency of a new method to create somatic mosaicism in mice named as mosaic analysis by dual recombinase-mediated cassette exchange. Then we generate, as a proof of concept, a new model for pediatric glioma.
