Plant microRNAs in WT and SIDT1 KO mice liver

Animal microRNAs (which lack 2'-O-methyl modification) can be broken down at the terminal nucleotide by oxidation, while plant microRNAs (with 2'-O-methyl modification) are not affected. To gain additional sight into the role of SIDT1 in exogenous plant microRNAs absorption, we profiled oxidized smalll RNAs of liver from SIDT1 deficient mice and their wild type couterparts.

How this grade was computed
Weighted mean of 4 scored metric(s) → 83/100

The B grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
