RNAseq of total, soluble and insoluble fraction of WT and mutant yeast cells after 10 minutes at 30, 40 or 42°C
We use RNAseq to assess the gene expression as well as solubility of transcripts after 10 minutes of heat stress at either 40°C or 42°C compared to non-stressed yeast cells (30°C) for wildtype and Ded1-IDRm mutant cells.
Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 2 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
metadata only · no data-level QC for this typeStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained
No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
