Elevated plasma interleukin-8 (IL8) has been associated with poor outcome to immune checkpoint blockade. Here we performed single cell RNAseq with peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of patients treated with atezolizumab (anti-PD-L1 mAb) from bladder cancer from a Phase II trial IMvigor210.
