CD8 T cells specific for beta cell antigen islet-specific glucose-6-phosphatase catalytic subunit-related protein (IGRP) were identified and isolated with NRP-V7 tetramers from the pancreatic draining lymph node and pancreas of non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice and used for single-cell RNA-seq and VDJ-seq.

How this grade was computed
Weighted mean of 4 scored metric(s) → 100/100

The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
