Tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells (TIMs) have emerged as key regulators in tumor progression, however, the similarity and discrepancy of the fundamental properties of these cells across different cancer types remain elusive. Here, we performed a pan-cancer analysis of TIM sub-populations in multiple human cancer types. Our comprehensive analyses provide valuable insights for understanding the TIM properties across multiple tumors.

Deep data QC

metadata only · no data-level QC for this type

Standardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained

No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
