To determine the differentially expressed genes in cancer associated fibroblasts upon ablation of the glutamatergic synapse protein NetrinG1. [RNA-Seq]
Purpose: To determine the differentially expressed genes in cancer associated fibroblasts upon ablation of the glutamatergic synapse protein NetrinG1. Methods: Cancer associated fibroblast mRNA profiles were generated from Control and NetrinG1 KO fibroblast lines, with controls done in duplicate and KOs in triplicate. Results: Comparing the mRNA profiles of CON and NetrinG1 KO CAFs, we observed a reversion of many pro-tumor genes and associated pathways upon ablation of NetrinG1 in CAFs. Conclus...

Deep data QC
100/100 · AStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This human RNA-Seq with unavailable metadata shows very high quality (97.1% Q30) and mean read length of 54 bp. Missing details prevent characterization.
The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
