Expression data from Complex genetics sarcomas (cohort 1 and 2)
For this study, we selected, from the French Sarcoma Group (FSG) database, soft tissue sarcomas with no recurrent chromosomal translocations and for which a frozen tissue of the untreated primary tumor was available. Three hundred and ten sarcomas have been studied. They are split in two cohorts. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying the tumor biology

Deep data QC
metadata only · no data-level QC for this typeStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained
No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
