Comprehensive genomic profiling identified miRNA signatures associated with mammary tumor differentiation and development
We performed affymetrix gene expression profiling on mammary tumors from eight well-characterized genetically engineered Mouse (GEM) models of human breast cancer. The gene expression data will be combined with the miRNA gene expression data from the corresponding mammary tumors and tissues for integrated miRNA and mRNA gene expression analysis, which are useful in improving the identification of miRNA targets from potential targets identified in silico.
Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 2 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
metadata only · no data-level QC for this typeStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained
No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
