Global gene expression profiling of human colorectal cancer cell lines
The development of anticancer drugs relies on preclinical models closely recapitulating the molecular profile observed patients. We report here the transcriptional profiles of 155 stable cell lines derived from colorectal cancer and related tissues. For these lines, also mutational and pharmacological profiles are available, which enables their stratification into clinically relevant subgroups.

Deep data QC
metadata only · no data-level QC for this typeStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained
No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
