Genome-wide maps of histone variant H3.3 occupancy in zebrafish cardiomyocytes [RNA]
We report high-throughput profiling of gene expression from whole zebrafish ventricles. We profile mRNA in uninjured ventricles and those undergoing regeneration 14 days after genetic ablation. This study provides a framework for understanding transcriptional changes during adult models of regeneration.

Deep data QC
metadata only · no data-level QC for this typeStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained
No quantitative QC rubric exists for this data type yet, so it is deliberately left unscored — this is an honest "not applicable", not a poor rating.
