16S rRNA amplicon sequencing of uncultured eukaryotes using 454 GS FLX Titanium, generating ~429k long reads (~500 bp each) with 88.7% Q30. This dataset enables long-read amplicon profiling of eukaryotic microorganisms at higher taxonomic resolution than short-read methods. Long-read sequencing is particularly valuable for this target as rRNA length variants aid species discrimination in eukaryotic communities.
The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published amplicon thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
