Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
87/100 · BStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
Colossal-scale bulk RNA-seq of Homo sapiens via HiSeq 2000 with exceptional scale: ~6.8B short reads achieving 90% Q30 across ~1.36 trillion bases. This represents one of the largest human transcriptome datasets, enabling ultra-deep transcriptome profiling across tissues or developmental stages. The massive depth enables detection of extremely low-abundance transcripts, detailed isoform reconstruction, and comprehensive transcript variation mapping.
The B grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
