Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
70/100 · CStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This Aedes aegypti (yellow fever mosquito) miRNA-seq on an Illumina HiSeq 4000 yielded 8.2 million short reads (414.7 million bases) with excellent quality (99.3% Q20, 97.9% Q30). The 47% GC content is consistent with insect miRNA profiles, which are often GC-rich. This dataset is ideally suited for miRNA discovery, expression quantification, and investigation of post-transcriptional gene regulation in an important disease vector. Read depth supports detection of moderately-abundant miRNAs.
The C grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
