Deep data QC
67/100 · DStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This NovaSeq 6000 amplicon run for SARS-CoV-2 delivered 3.4 million short reads (1.0 billion bases) with excellent quality (98.7% Q20, 96% Q30) and near-zero N-content, ranking among the highest-throughput amplicon datasets in this cohort. The consistent 39.4% GC content supports reliable consensus calling and variant detection. Ideal for large-scale surveillance studies requiring multiplexing of many samples while maintaining adequate per-amplicon coverage.
The D grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published amplicon thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
