Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
92/100 · AStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This Apis mellifera bulk RNA-Seq dataset from the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform yields 21.8 million short reads (1.1 billion bases) with outstanding quality (98.9% Q20, 97% Q30 bases, 0.011% N content). The higher read count and excellent base quality support sensitive detection of lowly-expressed transcripts and subtle expression differences. Search terms: honey bee transcriptomics, HiSeq 2500, insect development or behavior, all highly searchable within this dataset.
The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
