Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
99/100 · AStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This Myzus persicae (green peach aphid) bulk RNA-Seq dataset from the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform contains 33.6 million short reads (6.72 billion bases) with excellent quality (97.4% Q20, 94.6% Q30 bytes, 0.008% N content). The high depth and quality enable comprehensive transcriptome profiling of this economically important agricultural pest. Search terms: aphid transcriptomics, HiSeq 2500, plant-insect interaction, pest genomics, all supporting studies of host-plant relationships and insecticide resistance mechanisms.
The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
