Deep data QC
94/100 · AStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This Helicoverpa armigera (cotton bollworm) bulk RNA-Seq dataset was sequenced on the BGISEQ-500 platform, producing 62.3 million short reads (6.23 billion bases) with very high quality (97.9% Q20, 90.2% Q30 bases, zero N content). The dataset offers comprehensive transcriptome profiling of an agricultural pest insect and is searchable by BGISEQ platform, insect transcriptomics, and Lepidoptera gene expression. The exceptional read depth and quality make it well-suited for differential expression studies and transcript assembly.
The A grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published bulk-RNA-seq thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
