Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
61/100 · DStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This human WGS on HiSeq 2500 covers 22.9 Gb with 46 million reads at shallow ~7.4× extrapolated depth, making it suitable for population-level variant discovery and allele-frequency studies rather than individual-level clinical diagnostics. The lower coverage is offset by good base quality (95% Q20, 91.9% Q30) and represents an economical approach to large-scale human resequencing. Population genomics and evolutionary studies leveraging many low-depth human genomes can use this dataset alongside others to infer population structure.
The D grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published WGS thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
