Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
61/100 · DStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This human WGS on HiSeq 2500 covers 23.8 Gb with 47.9 million reads at shallow ~7.7× extrapolated depth but with solid quality (95.1% Q20, 92.1% Q30), making it suitable for population-scale variant discovery where individual depth is secondary. The dataset follows the same economic low-coverage strategy as other shallow human samples. Population-genetic and evolutionary studies can combine this with hundreds of similar low-depth human genomes.
The D grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published WGS thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
measured = computed from the data · extrapolated/reported = derived or from the repository · dq-1.0
