Provenance — who produced it, who reused it
Linked to 1 papers in the literature. Roles are inferred factual signals (who deposited the data vs who reused it), with counts — never a judgement about any author.

Deep data QC
60/100 · DStandardized, field-standard QC computed by touching the data — every metric states how it was obtained · evidence: measured
This WGS of Solenopsis invicta (red imported fire ant) on HiSeq 1000 spans 34.3 Gb with 171 million reads and good quality (85.6% Q20, 76.2% Q30), providing substantial coverage for this invasive but genomically interesting ant species. The dataset enables studies of chemical-defense genes, reproductive polymorphism, and colony-organization genetics. Insect genomics and invasion-ecology studies can use this fire-ant WGS to understand the genetic basis of invasiveness.
The D grade is a transparent weighted average. Each metric below scored from 0–100% against the published WGS thresholds, weighted by its importance; nothing is hidden or subjective.
